The bathroom scale is my friend today.

The grand total of weight lost in my fitness venture is 33lbs.

Since I last posted about this, I have added some light weight training twice a week. It would nice to be able to go up stairs without hearing *crack* with every step.

you may also want to consider a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement. very nice to taxed joints of any sort.

The walk is my reward at the end of a long workday. I see so many neat things on my walk everyday, it's definitely not work.

Maybe that's the "secret." If you enjoy an activity, you're more likely to find the time to do it.
