Been a while, hasn't it?
I've been thinking about this type of post for a month now. I haven't done it because for some reason, I felt that some people would think less of me.
But here I am, anyway. Hopefully, you will see this post less as, "Look at me! Look at me!" and more as something inspirational.
Since November 29, I've lost 26 lbs. I haven't used any special diet, but I make sure I get at least 20 minutes of exercise of some form, usually walking or biking, every day (excluding sick time).
Almost a month ago, my previously best-fitting pants became loose enough to fall down.
Yesterday, I bought clothes in a size smaller.

I've gained weight since moving, partly due to a different lifestyle and partly due to thyroid issues. I haven't decided how I feel about it, other than concern for my wedding dress which was bought when I still lived in CA. I personally feel great, so maybe it's a healthy 15 pounds.
Anywho, CONGRATS!
