The bathroom scale is my friend today.

The grand total of weight lost in my fitness venture is 33lbs.

Since I last posted about this, I have added some light weight training twice a week. It would nice to be able to go up stairs without hearing *crack* with every step.

I've been thinking about this type of post for a month now. I haven't done it because for some reason, I felt that some people would think less of me.
But here I am, anyway. Hopefully, you will see this post less as, "Look at me! Look at me!" and more as something inspirational.

Since November 29, I've lost 26 lbs. I haven't used any special diet, but I make sure I get at least 20 minutes of exercise of some form, usually walking or biking, every day (excluding sick time).

Almost a month ago, my previously best-fitting pants became loose enough to fall down.
Yesterday, I bought clothes in a size smaller.
